The candle holder is created from buff stoneware clay on my potter’s wheel on the south coast of Dorset, England. The bottom of the ring is brushed with white underglaze and then the candlestick holder is covered in a clear, glossy glaze that lets the buff clay show through. The MadeByPowley stamp is impressed near the base of the holder.
