The candle holder is created from buff stoneware clay on my potter’s wheel on the south coast of Dorset, England. A handle is pulled from some clay and formed into a loop on the side of the holder. The candle holder is covered in a glossy black glaze and a flash of red glaze is around the base of the candle holder. The MadeByPowley stamp is impressed near the base of the loop handle.
